Is Selena Roberts Stalking A-Rod?

Among the myriad of interesting things A-Rod said In his interview with Peter Gammons just now, this one stands out to me.
“This lady has, 5 days ago, been thrown out of the University of Miami by police for trespassing. 4 days ago, she tried to break into my house while my girls are up there sleeping, and got cited by the Miami Beach Police. I have the paper here. And this lady’s coming out with all these allegations, all these lies, because she’s writing an article for Sports Illustrated, and she’s coming out with a book in May, and really respectable journalists are following this lady off a cliff, and following her lead. And that’s really unfortunate. “
Here is Roberts reply:
“The allegations made by Alex Rodriguez are absurd,” said Roberts, in the statement. “I’ve never set foot in the lobby of Alex’s New York apartment building, never spoken to the University of Miami police, and never set foot on his home property or been cited by the Miami Police for doing so.”
It seems Roberts loves destroying lives, but sings a different tune when she faces allegations. The Duke LaCrosse players say Hi, Selena.

Nicely done, Phil. You are absolutely right.
This is the same woman who publicly convicted the Duke Lacrosse kids and helped create a race war on what we later found out were completely false allegations.
She never apologized for what she did. She also lost her job at the NY Times as a result of her actions.
It’s more than fair to shed light on her credibility. She’s also going to gain financially because of her tabloid book on A-Rod that’s due out in a few months.

I was a student at Duke when the lacrosse scandal hit. I will never forget how outrageous and inflammatory Selena Roberts’ writing on the topic was, and it was the first thing that popped to mind when I saw that she had broken this story on A-Rod. How she even got a job with SI after displaying such ineptitude at the NY Times is baffling to me.
