Tonight I am joined by Howard Megdal of the NY Observer as we talk the latest on the Hot Stove. We will discuss the recent Yankees deals for Damaso Marte and Nick Swisher, as well as, their impact on other moves. The top comments of the week will be read and discussed throughout the hour.

We will also dive into some of the latest rumors regarding Jake Peavy, Bobby Jenks, and others.

Former Mets pitcher and part time scout for the team, Doug Sisk, will give us a report on some of the available free agents and who he believes might be a great fit for both New York teams.

Dave and Aziz Nekoukar of the Pride of the Yankees Blog at NJ.com will talk Yankees baseball to round out the show.

    Just listened to the Sunday night broadcast in which you discussed if J.J, Putz has the mental stamina to play in NYC, and debated how to pronounce his name. I would like to bridge these two issues with this thought- A guy named “Putz” playing in a market in which resides possibly the highest concentration of Yiddish speakers in the world could be potentially problematic…..
