Sunday night I had Jay McGwire, brother of Mark, on the show.
Jay recently authored a book called “Mark and Me: Mark McGwire and the Truth About Baseball’s Worst Kept Secret.”
Many think this book is Jay trashing his brother, quite the contrary. Jay actually defends Mark’s decision better than Big Mac, and admits he was the driving force behind McGwire’s use of steroids starting in 1994. Jay was an athlete himself as he trained to be a professional body builder. The main purpose of the book is for Jay to educate on the dangers of steroids from his first hand account. I also get Jay’s perspective on the charges by Jose Canseco that he injected McGwire with steroids.

I am usually up at 5 AM everyday – but a lot of stuff is written the night before and scheduled!
Have a regular job so can’t really do much between 9 and 5
