Anna Benson Wants to Face Mets In World Series

The wife of former Mets pitcher Kris Benson, Anna Benson, is up to her old trash talking tricks. Over at her Twitter account Anna had this to say:
So proud of the boys..we are gonna have a great year..can anyone say Rangers/Mets World Series? I would love to beat mets in WS!
Even if the Rangers do make the World Series against the Mets, I doubt Kris Benson will be part of the team. Going into today’s action Kris was 1-1 with an 8.36 ERA. Not exactly numbers that scream longevity. John Maine looks just fine in a Mets uniform thank you very much.
In case your wondering why Anna Benson is so bitter perhaps it’s because the Mets weren’t happy about her dressing like this at a team holiday event.
