		<description>I&#039;d love Cone to come back home again.  He was/is one of my all time Favorite pitchers whom I try to emulate when pitching (Mens league).  It&#039;s a shame that his career numbers aren&#039;t HOF worthy, too me he&#039;s one of the best pitchers of that era.

It broke my heart when the Mets had to trade him away and it was the only time losing one player disheartened me for following the Mets.  (and I still love them and watch religiously even after 2006-2009)  

Cone (along with  Doc and Straw, my other favs as a youth) are big reasons why I didn&#039;t hate the Spanks in the late 90&#039;s.</description>
