Photos & Audio on Yankee Stadium Demolition

This has been a slow baseball weekend, but I wanted to share some updated photos from WCBS 880 of the demolition of Yankee Stadium.

First, here is the latest where the lower level of the Stadium has been removed. There is also the photo gallery which you can see numerous pictures.

If you remember, a group of fans are trying to preserve the old Gate 2 of Yankee Stadium, which you can check out the progress at their website “Save Gate 2 of Yankee Stadium.”

Now that the demolition is bringing the Stadium down very quickly, how do Yankees fans feel? The new Stadium already has seen some great memories and, of course, a championship. Does that ease the sting of seeing the old place go down? Curious to hear some thoughts.
