Hank Fired Up Again

Mark Feinsand of the Daily News was the benefactor of another Hank Steinbrenner rant yesterday. As usual Hank told him everything and anything that is on his mind. Apparently divisional play is bothering the Hankster this time around. He thinks its unfair that the Dodgers will get into the playoffs with a worse record then the Yankees.

Where was this cry in 2000 Hank? Should we go back and re-seed that season since Cleveland had a better record the the “87 Win AL East Champs”? What about a Mets team that had more wins then you, but had to start on the road because it was the “AL’s turn” to host the World Series?

Its funny how Hank gets very fired up about issues that only have the Yankees on the wrong end. What about issues such as a salary cap? Where is Hank on that issue? How about arguing that small market teams deserve more revenue sharing? Where is Hank again?

Hank, if you really want to do us a service, talk about this silly coin flip and how ridiculous it is to determine home field advantage. Who knows, one day that might impact the Yankees negatively.

Sometimes you should go by the old saying: Close your mouth and let people think your stupid rather then talking and validating their theory.
