Dumb Postmortem Fan Reactions and Trade/Free Agent Proposals

By Mike Silva ~ October 7th, 2011. Filed under: Uncategorized.

Day after Yankees elimination day is what this account was made for. We’re looking for dumb trades and even dumber mongos.Fri Oct 07 12:34:01 via Twitter for iPhone

The WFAN Trades Twitter account probably is spot on as we will suffer through a weekend of overreaction from talking radio heads and passionate fans.

What stupid deals do you think will be proposed? What Free Agents will they demand? Who will be the scapegoat for the Yankees loss? Remember, we always need a scapegoat in sports. Who knows, maybe the Mets fans jump in on this as well. Let’s get crazy.

Use this thread the rest of the day to hash it out and tell me what dumb statements and trades you hear on the radio from hosts and callers alike.

Remember, the fans are always smarter than those who run our local baseball teams.
