Heard the show and was shocked to learn that Howard Megdal is in his 30′s (unless he just claims to be and it’s an internet gimmick –LOL). As a 30-something myself who knows how we Gen-Xers speak, I thought for sure based on his appearances on NYBD that the guy was 70 years old. He just sounds like an old guy to me, but that’s the magic of radio.

I just can’t picture the dude (a total Gen-X over used word) dropping a Saved By the Bell, Donkey Kong or Guns and Roses reference into casual conversation. He just sounds like a guy who’d be hanging out in a deli drinking a Dr. Brown’s and complaining about property values and the way kids today don’t know how to act (LOL)
