Grapefruit Roundup Tonight at 8pm

By Mike Silva ~ February 27th, 2011. Filed under: Radio Show.

We finally have some spring baseball games to talk about.

I will kick off the show talking about the Yankees. Joining me will be Steve S of the Yankee Analysts as we discuss Dellin Betances electric outing, the Francisco Liriano rumors, Joba Chamberlain‘s impressive outing, and some early questions surrounding the team.

In Port St. Lucie, I tell you why Luis Castillo has a legitimate shot to win the second base job, early returns on the bullpen competition, and Oliver Perez‘s disastrous outing. Joe Demayo of St. Lucie to Flushing gives me his thoughts

I also have a special treat for Mets fans as Fran Healy of MSG will call in to talk about this week’s four part series called the “Summer of 86″ which examines the rise and fall of the eighties Mets.
