Listen: Francesa Yelling Off Air at his Staff

Since Mike Francesa has an agenda when dealing with a certain New York club, it’s time that he is exposed for his poor behavior off the air.

A WFAN “mole” passed along this never before heard audio of Francesa yelling at his staff during the Joe Girardi press conference to announce his hiring. Although this was not the fault of the WFAN engineer, it was YES, Francesa erupted before getting his facts straight. I laughed when I heard him ask “what are you doing all day?” It’s the same question I ask when listening to his show.

A great way to treat underpaid, underappreciated, and hardworking people who are the engine that makes things work daily. I personally think the way you treat your employees says a lot about you as a person.

    boy have you lived a sheltered life if you think that is bad. it is mild by comparison to real people. spend a few years running a brand like Buick or Chevrolet or Snapple and you will hear real “type A’s” railing at creatives and vice versa.

    have you worked with radio personalities before? as someone who has spent years in radio, i will tell you, this is mild for a mess-up like that. i’m not a francesa fan by any means, but this is really mild compared to the explosions i’ve witnessed.

    While this isn’t really an explosion, it is rude and uncalled for. He would deserve to be put in his place.

    I knew someone who worked there who said between Francesa, Chernoff and Imus the place was horrible.
